  This place was amazing! My husband and I and a friend stopped by after looking for a place with good reviews that was close. I had the butter chicken which was very delicious.   This is one of my favourite hole-in-the-wall establishments; it has that old-time feel, where time isn't bleeding away and life is meant to be savoured. The menu is vivid and engaging, each dish professionally photographed so you know what you'll get. Over 14 hot sauces sit on the counter, offering a world of custom flavours to your dish. But best of all is the staff. The owner--if you're ever lucky enough to be there when he is--is probably the friendliest restauranteur I've ever met; he is very engaging and kind, showering you with gratitude and interest. Either he hires staff like him or he bestows these qualities in his staff, who are also consistently friendly and engaging. There is never an awkward silence as you wait for your food. If you're like, "This review is stellar and they haven't even mentioned the food!" well let me assure you that the food matches the establishment in quality and flavour. The ingredients are fresh, the portions hearty, and the flavours abundant. They do not stint. If you can taste love and careful intention in a dish, you taste it here. I often come here after a day that leaves me low, knowing the staff will lift me up and prep me not only for a delicious meal, but a wonderful end to my day that leaves me grateful for a day that was blessed.
